"Nature helps us find the clues of our most favorable timeline."

Rose-Colored Lenses (a Self-Reflection Series)

Today was day five of a water fast, and I decided to break it with a couple of phenomenal tacos which my neighbors make.

I definitely feel like I am teaching myself to be more responsible with my decision by discernment. Each decision has another timeline, so we are weighing each decision based on the root intention of either fear or love. How do help ourselves in this very moment, right now? What makes us relax? We ease into feeling natural with ourselves again.

Also, how does our body feel? The body is intelligent. Our body relies on us to make decisions which are favorable for both our body and our soul. Our body is the engine which allows us to travel through time and space!

Our body is the reason why we are able to experience life. We act upon ideas of taking care of our body. I feel like eating a banana and taking a walk with a 50 ml jug of iced water. I feel great in the sun.

Then after I would like to prioritize my day to my liking. Nature helps us find the clues of our most favorable timeline.

Behind rose-colored lenses are the secrets of our subconsciousness.

I have created this series of self-reflection writings, 'Rose-Colored Lenses', to show how challenging it can be to make inner peace a daily discipline. Our external reality can sometimes be overwhelmingly polarizing. Also, my middle name is Rose, and I wanted to make it punny.

I think that we do ourselves a disservice when we pretend that everything works out for us all the time. Why do we choose to hide our vulnerability, which is beautiful?

Vulnerability is one of my greatest weaknesses. Paradoxically, courage is one of my greatest strengths.

Personally, I am embarking on this series to test, and "check", myself - which I have a habit of doing anyway. I tend to dive head-first into uncomfortable situations, and quite often. But then I get to reap the reward of wisdom from a learned experience.

I hope that my vulnerability helps anyone who may benefit from it.

Authenticity is liberating!
